1. CD Hospital will
endeavor to repair all discs supplied. If a disc
is deemed to be beyond repair
CD Hospital will offer a full refund of the amount
paid for the repair of that disc.
2. CD Hospital will not repair any discs
if they are warped or cracked . Payments can be
made byCheque &
Postal Order (payable to CD Hospital).
3. Discs will not be processed until payment
has been received. CD Hospital will not be held
responsible for any cash sent in the post. It is
the customer's responsibility to insure any discs
during transit that are sent in for repair.
4. If a disc is lost or damaged whilst with
CD Hospital then a compensation of £10 will
be offered per Order. CD Hospital cannot be held
responsible for any consequential loss or damage
caused as a result of repairs carried out or attempted
to be carried out or from total loss of discs either
at CD Hospital premises or during transit.
5. The number of discs received must be the
same as the discs detailed on the order form. Discrepancies
must be resolved before any orders are processed.
6. CD Hospital reserves the right to alter
these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice. These terms and conditions do not affect
your statutory rights.
7. Requesting a Mailer and sending in your
discs for repair represents your agreement with
these terms and
conditions.
